Mites are tiny, and the right fix depends on which kind you’ve got. In Burnaby homes we mostly see clover mites crawling in around windows in spring, and bird mites coming in from an old nest in the eaves or a vent.
Most mites are more nuisance than danger, but bird mites can bite, and dust mites can make allergies and asthma worse.
Pest Boss handles mite extermination across Burnaby. We figure out which mite it is and where it’s coming from, then treat the source.
Give Pest Boss a call if you’re seeing any of these:
- Tiny red specks crawling on window sills in spring
- Itchy bites with no sign of bed bugs or fleas
- An old bird nest in a vent, eave or gutter near a bedroom
- Red smears when you wipe the sills
Bites with no mites found? Check our bed bug and flea pages.
